In the ice cream parlour they prepare artisan ice cream with tasteful, moo fresh milk from a farm located a stone’s throw away and pure ingredients, organic where possible. The ice cream makers are trained in the most modern techniques. In combination with top-notch equipment they create ice cream in the tastiest flavours.
You can choose from traditional vanilla, pistachio, strawberry or chocolate, but also from a wide range of surprising innovative flavours. How about syrup waffle ice cream with (Gouda) syrup waffle crumb, tiramisu or Mercatu cappucino? The artisan ice makers are happy to tempt you to taste their changing, special creations.
Of course you will find their ice cream, gelato from Dutch soil, also on the lunch and dinner menu of the coffeebar and osteria.
Closed from October to March
Because they only serve super fresh ice cream of the highest quality, the ice cream parlour is closed during the fall and winter. In Reeuwijk, the winter season is primarily reserved for natural ice, for ice skating. As soon as the sun raises the outside temperature again, the ice makers wake up from their hibernation and fill the ice cream parlour with the tastiest ice cream you can imagine.
